Forklift Parts Supervisor - Full Time

Our remarkable growth means we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Supervisor to join our team. Quality is at the very heart of our business, we strongly believe that success relies on our employee’s ability to really understand the needs and experiences of each customer, your goal will be to ensure that each parts request is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We have a large contract hire fleet, whilst also maintaining & repairing a large number of customers own equipment. You will be based at our depot in Hurley, within our friendly Service Team.

Duties for this position will include:

• Parts ordering & identification using on-line parts portal
• Dealing with multiple suppliers
• Organising return of incorrect & unused parts
• Communicating with service administrator & service manager on order progress
• Liaise with our field & workshop engineers to ensure the correct parts are ordered
• Receipting parts into the stores and placing them within the correct location

The ideal candidate should have:

• Knowledge of forklift repairs & maintenance would be an advantage, but full training will be given
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Good organisational skills
