Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring all coffee served in the coffee houses are prepared to company standard (weighing every espresso shot, keeping check of roast dates, maintaining freshness of batch brew)
• Proactive in delivering tasks, working efficiently and independently
• Set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe and fully operational coffee machine and all other equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and around the espresso machine.
• Understanding about the health and safety standards we have in place
• Follow and maintain all compliance and company standards
• Always generous with your time and helping others
• Supporting other team members including the team on the floor
• Communicating with all levels in a positive and respectful way
