The Role
The Instant Group is looking for Sales Representatives to join our Hub sales team. This role will suit driven, tenacious individuals that possess a desire to exceed and thrives in a sales environment. You will be accountable for ensuring you achieve personal targets monthly and need to be a strong team player and self-starter.
We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment and is motivated to complete sales. The role focuses on securing viewings or meetings from the workspaces leads in a timely manner and connecting the client to our in-market sales team. The role will be focused on the lead to viewing stages and allowing the in-market sales team to unlock increased sales conversion.

- Proactively following up all assigned workspace opportunities for requirements resulting from incoming internet and telephone enquiries
- Responsible for hitting daily KPIs, including call and viewing targets
- Qualification of leads by understanding their company and requirement
- Secure viewings from the workspace leads based on the perfect options
- Secure meetings where the client delays on viewings, for the in-market sales team to attend
- Connecting the client & in-market sales team with the viewing schedule
- There will be times to generate a building report to help secure viewings or meetings
- Develop key commercial relationships with the operators over the phone
- Keeping in touch with operators throughout the lead to viewing cycle
- Planning time effectively to prioritize development of their target
- Have the ability to work through volume workstreams to balance busy periods
- Good knowledge of working between systems based on the different tasks
