A wonderful family with 3 boys are looking for a nanny who can help with the childcare and assist with duties around the home. The family are moving to the area from London, so it would be ideal to find someone who knows the local parks and outings. They are planning to live around the Furze Platt area. The children are 13, 11 and 8 years old. The two youngest boys attend a private school, which is approximately 30 minutes drive from their home. The eldest will be boarding school in the week, and home at weekends and holidays. During the term times, the role would have duties to help assist the family such as running errands, post office drops, dry cleaner runs, small PA duties. When the children are on school holidays, the role would be mainly focused on childcare.
The family are looking for someone very easy going and flexible, well organised, outdoorsy, and generally good fun! In the school holidays, the children enjoy fun days out to theme parks and going on adventures. They will each have a mixture of after school activities on different days from Rugby to Cricket. The children all very much enjoy the outdoors, therefore the role would be well suited to a nanny who enjoys sports and being kept busy. They also love to cook and eat, so bring your best Gordon Ramsey Skills!
Duties would include cooking fresh meals for the children, organising their schedules and uniform, planning trips/visits/playdates, assisting with reading and homework, helping with their bedtime routines, tending to family laundry, assisting with small PA duties, collecting them from school, organising fun and exciting activities after school and during the holidays, and most defiantly playing sports! This note is predominantly childcare.
