We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and downright awesome Sales Negotiator to join our vibrant property team based in our fantastic offices in Colchester, Essex.

With a basic salary of up to £30K DOE, plus commission bonuses and benefits, you’ll earn a realistically achievable OTE of £34K. So, if you’ve got a knack for making deals happen and can juggle them like a circus performer, keep reading!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Closing Deals: Turn leads into clients faster than you can say “SOLD!”
• Building Relationships: Make friends out of our clients.
• Negotiating Like a Ninja: Get the best deals for our clients and customers leaving everyone with a win-win smile.
• Market Mastery: Know the market inside and out, from the hottest neighbourhoods to the best-kept sales secrets.
• Team Player: Collaborate with our awesome team to hit targets and break records.
