The owners and and General Manager have decades of experience between them, from humble beginnings to working in Michelin star kitchens and leading award winning independent hotels and restaurants.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier at The Priory Caerleon in Caerleon. The Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, and providing expertise in food & beverage offerings. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with guests and recommend wine selections.
Qualifications
