Our client is an experienced Aluminium extrusion and sheet metal fabrication company, based in Bicester. They are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Team Leader to join their team!

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Production work- fabrication, cutting, assembly work.
- Supervise a small team of factory operatives
- Plan / Schedule workloads
- Lead by example
- Work under their own initiative.
- Previous team leader experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Experience working within a hands-on environment (essential)
- Experience in fabrication / cutting / assembly (desirable)
- Have a good team spirit, able to work with colleagues.
