Bartender

Overview: Join our team at The Skinny Kitchen Restaurant and be part of an exciting environment where your bartending skills can shine! We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies.

Experience:

• Proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certificate or hospitality education is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
