CARE TEAM LEADER
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to work in the domiciliary care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:
As a Care Team Leader your role will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
- Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
- Managing staff and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
- Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
- Following of policies and procedures
- Staff supervisions
- Recruitment and induction training
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Care Team Leader should have:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 2/3 highly desirable or working towards it
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have a strong character and be a good communicator
- Be a reflective leader
- Want to develop their own style of management
- Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
- Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or senior care worker
