I am searching for a talented Interior Designer with creative design flare to join a well:established practice in Chelmsford. The team has a vibrant portfolio full of hospitality, residential and commercial projects and always build lasting relationships with clients. The practice has a range of exciting hospitality projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome an Interior Designer to the team.

The successful Interior Designer will have sufficient experience post qualification in a UK:based practice and should be confident in their knowledge of building regulations. You will have a proven track record of hospitality projects and should have a vibrant portfolio that presents your work. AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketchup experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Interior Designer:

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Sufficient post qualification experience in a UK:based practice
• Previous experience working on FF and E designs
• Confident sourcing samples and producing presentations and mood boards for clients
• Drawing furniture layouts and elevations
• Prepare specifications of ironmongery, electrics, finishes and joinery
• Proven experience working on hospitality projects
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers
• Conducting site visits
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketchup
• Must live locally to Chelmsford
