As the Sales Consultant, your main purpose will be sales generation and to act as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.

As the New Homes Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:
Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
Track and respond to all leads and enquiries
Showing potential clients around properties
Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
Negotiating and securing sales
Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
Update internal CRM systems
Requirements For The Role
Experience in New Homes Sales with a Residential Developer
Youre able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Self:motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
