Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Birmingham team and contribute to the nurturing and development of young children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children in an early childhood education setting. We are actively recruiting top talent across London to meet the needs of our esteemed clients throughout the city.

Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals
- Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills and be a positive role model for children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Relevant childcare qualifications (not health and social care!)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development

Pay: £10.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
