As Head of Premier Lending within the Direct Sales channel, you will leverage your network to originate sales from high net worth individuals for our Personal Finance team. You will deliver an outstanding service to new and existing customers, working closely with our commercial and corporate teams to maximise sales across the business.

As an entrepreneurial business with an appetite to lend, we will give you the opportunity to support your network to achieve their ambitions.

As Head of Premier Lending, we are looking for someone to:

• Build and leverage your direct network to develop relationships at all levels with high net worth individuals
  
• Use product knowledge and your own drive to help deliver commercial growth targets
  
• Actively manage your portfolio to effectively & efficiently minimise credit risk; providing solutions and creating potential lending opportunities where appropriate
  
• Actively manage the sales pipeline in order to maximise lending
  
• Create and implement defined strategies and plans with senior managers, telephone sales, operational teams and marketing to effectively and efficiently maximise business opportunities in the region
  
• Regularly attend appropriate events and meetings, conveying a professional image of the company across defined contacts and partners, so that mutually beneficial relationships are established
  
• Contribute to the delivery of a sales plan for new lending origination at individual and team level across channels
  
• Lead and coach your team; supporting the management of the department by identifying process opportunities to improve the outcome for Customer and our business

Essential

• Established network of high net worth contacts
• Strong business development skills, with proven ability to drive performance from key accounts, and develop new relationships
• Significant knowledge and experience of the financial and property sectors
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as a team
• Previous experience within a field based role
• Team management experience
