Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our team at a prestigious salon in Southend-on-sea

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and provide exceptional services to our clients. This role requires expertise in various beauty treatments and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:
- Perform a range of beauty treatments You will need to be confident in providing all of the following treatments: - Manicure and Pedicure - Gel Nails - Brow Wax and Tint - All Waxing, facials and massage treatments & eyelash extensions
- Manage client appointments and ensure smooth operation at the front desk
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell beauty products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
- Utilise social media platforms for marketing and promotion
- Deliver outstanding guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role in a salon environment
- Proficiency in hospitality and guest services

- Ability to manage appointments efficiently and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with social media management for business promotion

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
