Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst Contract - x 2 - 3 months - outside IR35

We are seeking two Contract Business Systems Analysts to join our client as they implement a new case management system and play a pivotal role in supporting business process change and driving the successful delivery of new system features and changes.

This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and software vendors to define and implement new system functionalities that meet the organization’s requirements. You will oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure timely delivery of key solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and assess the feasibility of system changes.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and prioritize User Stories, schedules, and specifications for new features.
• Partner with Product Owners to develop and manage Product Backlogs, Sprint Goals, and releases.
• Lead internal and external Developers and Architects in defining practical development requirements.
• Document integration interfaces between legacy and new systems.
• Create and execute system test plans, ensuring technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Oversee system implementations, data migrations, and release planning.
• Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to support successful project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience of Case management systems, data migration and ideally knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to various office locations as required, although the role is remote, travel to other sites will be perhaps once every 2-3 weeks.
