Responsibilities:

Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students remain engaged.
Resource Management: Utilize instructional materials and resources provided by the school to facilitate learning activities and maintain continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.
Student Support: Provide assistance and support to students as needed, including answering questions, providing guidance on assignments, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Behavior Management: Implement school policies and procedures for behavior management, intervening as necessary to address disruptive behavior and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Attendance Monitoring: Take attendance and maintain accurate records of student attendance during cover sessions, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate school staff.
