About The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our non-profit clients, taking part in engaging field campaigns to promote their missions and acquire new supporters. You will work in a variety of locations, including event spaces, busy high streets, and community venues, ensuring that our clients’ messages reach the right audience. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are passionate about building connections through sales and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-Face Sales: Engage directly with members of the public, sharing compelling stories about our non-profit partners and encouraging them to become long-term supporters.
  • Event Setup & Coordination: Assist with setting up event locations and ensuring all promotional materials are well-displayed to create an inviting atmosphere for potential supporters.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies effectively to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, utilizing proven techniques taught during our training programs.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with our campaign managers to optimize field locations, refine messaging, and maximize engagement based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to achieve campaign goals, share best practices, and develop innovative approaches to connect with the public.
  • Progression Opportunities: Develop your skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from senior team members, paving the way for future career growth in sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • A positive, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for evening and weekend shifts as campaigns require.
  • A genuine passion for sales and engaging with the public, with no digital marketing involved.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required—full training is provided.
  • Must be comfortable working in outdoor and varied environments, traveling between locations.
