Role Overview
We are currently seeking outgoing individuals to join our team as Floor Staff. This role involves working at various retail events to engage directly with customers and promote our clients' causes.
Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with customers at retail events.
Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional displays.
Provide accurate information to the public about our partner organisations.
Support sales efforts through excellent customer service.
Monitor and report on engagement metrics to optimise future campaigns.
Requirements
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role preferred.
Must not have applied to T9-Specialist within the past 30 days.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
