Housekeeper

To work as part of a team of cleaning/housekeeping staff involved in the day-to-day delivery of the cleaning service of the centre in order to ensure the delivery of a first-class cleaning service for the centre.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the cleaning services are delivered to meet the high standards for students and staff to enjoy clean and hygienic surroundings
• Ensure that all the chemicals and products for cleaning are stored and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions COSHH and directions
• Ensure a safe working environment and minimise risk of accident and injury of themselves and users of the areas cleaned
• Clean the classrooms, residences and offices cleaning service following all the procedures and standards
• Bed changes and room organisation in all wings
  
  

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping
  
  

Additional Information

Salary: £12.00 per hourdepending on experience

Location: Eastbourne

Contract: 0-hour fixed-term contract

Hours: Afternoons as required including weekends and bank holidays

The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
