Job Title: Client Development Manager

Location: Midlands and North, UK

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

This global leader creating safer buildings With Through-Wall & Façade Innovations is looking for a dedicated Client Development Manager to join their innovative team. With exciting expansion plans, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant growth.

Role Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, including main contractors and developers. This role involves understanding pipeline projects, gathering critical site information, and positioning the company as the preferred partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with client contacts at various levels, both site-based and central
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Drive sales by introducing new products to existing customers and leveraging relationships for new product launches
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies, support new product development, and ensure exceptional customer service


Requirements

KPIs:

  • Achieve a minimum of 16 face-to-face client visits per week.
  • Conduct at least 4 site visits per week
  • Make a minimum of 20 contact calls per week

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in face-to-face sales or similar roles, ideally within the construction industry or related to facades
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland
  • Training will be provided to support career progression within the company
