Position: Production Supervisor

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Location: Cranleigh

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble & Build: Create top-quality in-house products following daily plans and specifications
• Safety First: Report tool and material issues to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
• Keep it Clean: Ensure the workshop and workstations are spotless
• Lead the Team: Coordinate daily production, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion
• Opportunities: Train to become a Fire Warden or First Aider
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experienced: 3 years in a production technician role
• Skilled: Proficient in mechanical/electrical construction
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate, neat, and precise work
• Certified: Forklift qualification is a plus!
• Reliable Team Player: Punctual and dependable, with team coordination experience
