- Design and deliver Home Command's strategic approach to transformation and change.
- Design and implement the transformation portfolio, liaising with stakeholders within Home Command, Army HQ and other agencies as required.
- Design and implement a controls framework to effectively plan, schedule, resource and monitor the transformation portfolio.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and inter-dependencies across the transformation portfolio.
- Design and implement appropriate governance and assurance arrangements to ensure the delivery of agreed benefits.
- Design and implement the benefits strategy.
- Design and implement communications and engagement plan.
- Work across Home Command to build and maintain a transformation Centre of Excellence within Home Command including identifying lessons learned and the implementation of standard working practices.
- Deputise for the head of Future Plans.
