We are an established Lubricants company based in our newly built professional premises in Leyton, London. Specializing in engine oil and other lubricants product in the automotive trade. We are in the search for a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Specialist , with a customer service mindset that is looking for a long-term career in our organization. Suitable for an experienced Sales or Business Developments Specialist representative from the Lubricants and Oil industry with a can-do attitude and natural sales person. Self-motivated, sales driven individual with great communication skills – can demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity to increase new and existing business opportunities, promote services to prospects clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits and pushing our brand forward. You will represent multiple supplier ranges, selling into: Workshops, Garages, Commercial specialist workshops, Agricultural plants, Motorcycle and Car/Automotive customers.
About the role:
Covering the greater London and outskirts, the employee will be responsible for new business development in the Lubricants sector.

Face-to-Face Sales
Field Sales
Meet the weekly discussed sales targets.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing existing accounts for our clients.
Identifying & contacting potential clients.
Winning new business - Face-to-Face and over the phone.
Dealing with both inbound & outbound sales calls.
Account management and portfolio building.
Identify, negotiate, and execute new business opportunities and customer relationships
Farm existing customers through regular phone calls and email relationship building.
Work closely with marketing to promote products, services and special offers
Update and maintain the CRM database with customer details, notes and outcome of visits
Build relationship with suppliers to enable responsive and efficient customer support
Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and have excellent customer service within the branch
Working collaboratively with the other areas of the branch, ensuring that the customer needs are met
About you:
Previous Industry Sales Experience from the Oil, Lubricants or Automotive sector
UK Driving License
UK resident with full UK working Visa
Excellent command in English
A motivated self-starter with a can-do approach
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent negation skills
Extensive Customer
2-10 years Sales Experience (in a B2B, face-to -face environment) is advantageous
Natural salesperson with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with prospects customers in an engaging way
Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
Punctual, focused & dedicated
Initiative and a desire to learn & develop
Friendly and outgoing team player
