le:Are you passionate about data and keen to apply your analytical skills in a meaningful way? We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Estates Services team. In this role, you will analyse and manage data related to the University’s facilities, assets, and sustainability projects. Your insights will directly influence decision-making processes and contribute to the University’s mission of achieving net-zero emissions and enhancing the efficiency of our estate operatio

Key Responsibilit

  • ies:Collaborate with the Digital Estates team and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies that support the University’s sustainability go
  • als.Collect, clean, and manage datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accur
  • acy.Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights, contributing to the improvement of campus operations and sustainability initiati
  • ves.Produce regular reports and data visualizations that inform key stakeholders, including the preparation of the annual HESA Estates Management Ret
  • urn.Support the adoption and ongoing management of digital tools like BIM, Digital Twin, and GIS within the Estates Servi
  • ces.Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive informat
