Contracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding

Location - Bournemouth

Full time, permanent role

Salary £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

Our client a well-established and reputable cladding contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality cladding solutions to their clients.

Position Overview:

As a Cladding Contracts Manager, you will be the driving force behind their project management and execution. You will oversee all aspects of their cladding contracts, from initial client consultation to project completion, ensuring that each job is delivered on time, delivering a profit and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple cladding projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site management.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on roofing and cladding solutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the in-house team to ensure materials and labour are effectively managed.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on all job sites.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cladding with a strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
