We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team who can specialise in delivering top-tier, authentic food, e.g., Mexican, Asian fusion, Indian, on a large-scale. Serving over 500 guests daily, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional culinary experience that delights and satisfies every palate.
Location: Liverpool Street
Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday - daytime hours
Key responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Street Food Sous Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a robust culinary background, an unwavering dedication to quality, and a deep appreciation for authentic street food.
As a Street Food Sous Chef, you will assist the Head/SNR Sous Chef in ensuring our dishes maintain the highest standards of authenticity and quality while efficiently serving large volumes.
You will work closely with a team of up to 20 kitchen staff, including a Chef de Partie (CDP) working directly with you and overseeing an additional 2 CDPs. This role demands exceptional teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of food preparation and service.
