Are you the spice to our sea salt? The zing in our vinegar? At the Kettle Crisp Factory, we’re not just making chips—we're crafting crunchy experiences! And we need YOU, a passionate Production Manager, to keep the crunch consistent and the flavors flying!
Key Responsibilities
- To drive and implement business and customer requirements to ensure that brand integrity is maintained, developed and core to day to day operations. The successful applicant will Lead the Production & Hygiene Teams and develops and executes plans that are aligned with the Operations strategy and business plans, ensures resources are deployed and priorities and aligned with business need.
- Liaises and communicates with key site leads and business partners to ensure plans are aligned across all functions
- Responsible for leading and directing teams to deliver agreed KPI Targets across Safety, Environment, Quality, Service , Cost and People
- Communicates and engages effectively with stakeholders across the organisation, role models key competencies and demonstrates visible leadership in line with company values
Qualifications
- Experience in an fast paced organisation
- Experience of change and transformation programmes
- Project Management experience
- Experience of culture change
- Knowledge of CI tools and systems
