HR & Office Administrator

 

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources and Administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and provide effective administrative support to all departments. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and execute all-rounded HR operational activities including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and organization development
  • Design organizational structure aligned with business strategy and monitor Performance Management Reviews
  • Manage office budgets, expenses and financial records
  • Oversee the management of company assets including but not limited to equipment, supplies and facilities
  • Work closely with other international offices including the Head Office in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and Cyprus.
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines.
  • 5 years relevant working experience in HR Management / Financial Services / Customer Service industry is preferable
  • Good understanding of the FCA requirements when hiring someone around reference and background checks for senior hires i.e. Senior Managers Regime (SMCR)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail oriented.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word-processing, PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is a strong plus
