About the opportunity:
We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a fast growing and exciting organisation specialising in energy and sustainability technology.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join their dynamic team as a Partnerships Development Manager based in Leamington Spa.
As the Partnerships Development Manager, you will be responsible for researching and selecting prospective partners through various channels and attending relevant industry networking events. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of high-level partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management with a proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing partnerships within the energy sector.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience within the energy sector to enable you to articulate the product offering.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience of managing the full partner life cycle - finding and developing the relationships, managing it through to set up and monitoring ongoing performance.
- A knowledge of the facilities Management sector would be beneficial to this role.
- Strong negotiation and relationships building skills.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Existing relevant relationships in this space would be very beneficial.
- Proficiency in using systems such as Hubspot or an alternative CRM system.
- A passion for sustainability, net zero and carbon reduction.
- Live within a commutable distance to the office in Leamington Spa.

- Salary from £45,000 depending on skills and experience plus uncapped commission.
