We are offering one outstanding candidate the opportunity to be a Customer Support Representative in our UK Office. Working as part of a small, close knit office team based on the desirable location of the Surrey Research Park, Guilford.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company at an early stage where the right person can have a big impact. This role would be well suited for someone looking to start their career journey with a large medical company, in a constantly evolving scientific field.
What are you accountable for achieving?
· Develop and maintain positive customer relations, by providing telephone and email support in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with performance standards.
· Responsible for handling and organising the logistical requirements of the company and customers
· Coordinate material shipping and sample collection with several couriers in a timely manner.
· Gather the required internal and external information, track cases, and troubleshoot as appropriate.
· Update any information in the technical system.
· Ensuring the accuracy and proofreading of any documentation before submitting
· Entering and updating client databases where required
· Complete other clerical tasks.
· Provide admin support to the wider team, where required.
What you will need to be a successful Customer Support Representative:
· Good level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel).
· Strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
· Organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate strong prioritisation
· Strong telephone manner with clear and concise literacy skills
· Good command of written and spoken English.
Desirable:
· Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment or an equivalent background.
· An interest in the field of reproductive medicine & fertility
· High attention to detail
· Bachelors degree or equivalent
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
