Head of Brand
Welltech is hiring a senior leader who will bring our story to life and position Welltech as the leading partner for fitness and wellness needs. Knowing that the need is there but no one leads the narrative yet, we are tasking this leader with the fascinating mission of establishing Welltech as the go-to brand for app-based exercising.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand strategy and elevate our presence in the global market. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice, identity, and overall brand experience of our fitness mobile apps. You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand resonates with our diverse, global audience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
Be a storyteller. Imagine Welltech’s unique tone of voice and make the company known by the content and stories it brings to life
Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency within our mobile apps.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Oversee the brand's digital presence, including website, social media, and content marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Track and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building a successful, engaging brand from scratch in the DTC space for US-based consumers.
Successfully took a brand to global recognition, implementing appropriate cultural adjustments to ensure the brand's success in various regions
Experience leading brand strategy, marketing, or a related role in an innovative/growing industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that had a measurable impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a lean & agile team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Creativity, storytelling mastery and out-of-the-box thinking
