What you'll do
As an In-house Recruiter you will play a vital part in ensuring our ‘direct' recruitment channels are maximised, our employer brand stands out from the crowd, our recruitment and selection processes are fit for purpose and we continue to attract talented people for our business.
You will lead on all recruitment activity including advising on recruitment campaigns, appropriate attraction channels and selection methods. Your expertise and advice will help hiring managers to recruit the best possible people for their part of the business.
Supported by the head of resourcing and development, you will also manage the preferred supplier list of agencies, the relationships with job boards and take responsibility for all other recruitment activity such as open days and careers fairs.
This role will provide you with an opportunity to get creative, push boundaries and have real impact on the future of our recruitment and selection strategy.
What you'll need
Ideally, you will have experience in working in a similar sector or have worked in an environment where you have recruited across multiple disciplines including, perhaps, customer services, engineering, science, construction or management.
