Job Posting for Auction Support at Wilsons Auctions Ltd
Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Newcastle branch for a full time Auction Support Assistant.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
First point of contact for customers
Answering telephones
Taking cash / card payments
Processing auction entries
Invoicing, Photocopying, filing, incoming & outgoing post
Assisting various departments with phone calls
Assisting car & commercial department with administration duties
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and attributes:
Recent administration experience
Good level of IT literacy - word, excel, outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills
Cash handling experience
Hard working and motivated
Keen to progress and use initiative
Hours of work:
Monday & Wednesday 08:30am - 18:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
