Job Overview:
XPAuto is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for our brand ambassador drivers. The role reports into the Operations Manager.

Duties:

• Develop training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
• Conduct training sessions on topics including driving techniques, customer service, how to best perform vehicle handovers to a high standard.
• Accountable for health and safety of our brand ambassador drivers.
• Owner of the product training for our brand ambassador drivers.
• Creating & maintaining e-learning resources.
• Mentor employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Utilize effective communication skills to present training content clearly.
• Coordinate training schedules and audits / assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintenance and updating of training material.
• Carry out audits & be involved in performance management procedures.

Experience:
- Previous experience in training roles.
- Proficiency in educational technologies such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with mentoring techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present information.

- Knowledge of diverse safe driving techniques.

- Health and safety advocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year
