Dialysis nurse - Swindon

The Role

As a Renal & Haemodialysis Nurse, your duties will involve monitoring and assessing patients' renal function, including measuring blood pressure, fluid balance, and laboratory values, and operating and maintaining dialysis machines, ensuring the safe and effective removal of waste products and excess fluids from patients' blood. You’ll also educate patients about kidney disease management, dietary restrictions, and the dialysis process. In addition to providing physical care, you’ll offer emotional support to patients coping with chronic kidney conditions and coordinate their care with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to optimise treatment outcomes and enhance their quality of life.

• NMC registration
• 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting
• Right to work in the UK
