At YSA Education, we support Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Alternative Provisions. These schools support students between the age ranges of 3 - 11 years old, develop their education skills, life skills as well as ensuring each student reaches their full potential with the right tailored support. You will be supporting students with Social Emotional Mental Health, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.
We’re currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and make a positive impact to their students both in academic skills and everyday life skills.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you would be required to support a classroom of individuals with complex needs, and you would be their designated support. This means you would be required to have the below skills:

- Versatile
A suitable candidate should have:
- Experience teaching and supporting SEN needs
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to each students needs
