The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) offers both strategic and day-to-day supervision in the field of home healthcare, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering collaboration among different healthcare disciplines, and fostering a patient experience and clinical outcomes that surpass expectations. The primary duty of a Director of Clinical Services at Pinnacle Home Care is to ensure the motivation, dedication to clinical excellence, focus, and effectiveness of their clinical staff and teams. As a Pinnacle leader, it is expected that this will be accomplished by a laser focus to teach, develop, motivate, and MAKE THEIR TEAMS BETTER every day.
This role also involves staffing and staff management, mentorship, advocacy for patients, and adherence to established policies and professional standards. The position involves supervising Clinical Managers, monitoring performance, and supporting innovative initiatives. As the designated Clinical Manager according to CMS, the role oversees patient care services, assigns personnel, and contributes to care plan development.
