Job Summary

The Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE) is a practicing Catholic who designs, develops, and evaluates a vibrant 21st century learning environment which supports the health, safety, and spirit of our students, parents and catechists. This learning environment educates lifelong learners who transform the world in light of their understanding of the Gospel. The CRE is available for staff meetings and loves working with, and as part of, a team.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Preference is for a candidate to have a certificate as a Coordinator of Religious Education or a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Theology/Religious Education or a related Educational field from a Catholic Institution of higher education.
• Familiarity with Whole Family Catechesis is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours throughout the week and weekend to serve parishioners and their children.
• Commitment to a Catholic philosophy of education.
