Analyzes data and provides recommendations and solutions based on the investigation's findings. Additionally, Product Complaint Specialist I maintains and monitors systems to ensure that all product complaint investigations received are appropriately investigated and concluded per the organization's complaint handling procedure. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Product Complaint Specialist I work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
