Monitors market trends and competitor activities. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Senior Manager structures and negotiates purchase or leasing agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
