Job Description for RPA Analyst IV

RPA Analyst IV analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies. Being an RPA Analyst IV acts as liaison between the business unit and IT department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives. Documents and maintains technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations. Additionally, RPA Analyst IV analyzes system performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve automation processes and functionality. Generates regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The RPA Analyst IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
