Additionally, Systems Administration Supervisor maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures. Provides technical guidance to a team of administrators on complex projects or issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Administration Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
