Monitors and oversees volunteer schedules to ensure activities meet the company or project objectives. Additionally, Volunteer Services Director serves as a resource and point of contact for managers and supervisors to resolve or clarify issues or questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Volunteer Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
