Job Description for VP of ERP Business Analysis

VP of ERP Business Analysis oversees all aspects of the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Defines and prioritizes business needs, manages initiatives, and drives the strategic planning and road mapping of ERP projects and updates to facilitate the implementation and optimization of ERP systems. Being a VP of ERP Business Analysis provides leadership, innovation, and oversight to ensure the integration of business needs and processes with ERP applications. Establishes and approves operating policies to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Additionally, VP of ERP Business Analysis monitors performance reports and user feedback to develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The VP of ERP Business Analysis manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a VP of ERP Business Analysis typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.
