The Fiscal Director is responsible for the effective oversight and management of financial operations including payroll, billing, receivables, payables, asset oversight, insurance, reporting, benefits, ACA, retirement plan, budgeting, audits, purchasing, and contract compliance.

Under the direction of designated administrator/Director, manages and supervises the business and fiscal activities for a large unit.

The Fiscal Director serves as the appointed Tax Collector with oversight responsibilities of the City's two contracted tax collection services, Keystone Collections Group and Berkheimer Tax Administrator.

Appointed by the Mayor, the Fiscal Director manages the day-to-day financial operations of the City of Greensburg including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budget matters.

A member of the Executive Director’s Senior Leadership Team and the Agency Management Team, the Fiscal Director leads in modeling and implementing practices which support the vision, values, and mission of the Agency.
