About the role:
Provide exceptional administrative support to Partners and legal staff.
Manage file operations including opening, closing, and organising documentation.
Utilise various court filing systems efficiently.
Prepare correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents with precision.
Complete monthly billing tasks, manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and liaise effectively with clients.
Assist with general administrative duties and reporting as required.
About you:
Proven experience in providing administrative support to Partners or Executives, ideally within a professional services environment.
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
