HR Associate

• Manage end to end recruitment process and collaborate with management team to understand the staffing needs
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly staff report, health and safety report, and leave and absence report
• Support in arranging company events and office related projects
• Manage employee birthday cards, staff point cards
• Maintain confidential HR files and databases
• Other tasks as required by HR Manager

Qualification:

• Degree relating HR or professional HR certificate is a bonus
• A good experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skill and attention to details are required
• Strong organizational skills and able to work both independently and with a team
