Your Future Responsabilités As An Accounts Payable Clerk

• Performs highly repetitive and routine clerical duties within assigned segment of accounting, working in accordance with clearly prescribed procedures
• Perform day to day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Views source documents/invoices for accuracy, matches invoices with appropriate supporting documentation
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Prepare bank deposits and post customer payments
• Organize the e-filing system
• Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Do you have the profile?

• Minimum one year experience in a related field;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Knowledge of Simply Accounting is an asset;
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
