Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and qualify leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Utilize Netsuite software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in using NetSuite software to manage customer information
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Experience in business development, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus
