Pay/Benefits
Earn $25-$30 /hr all-in based on $18.75/hr (to start), plus tips and bonuses on every paycheck!
Medical, Dental & Vision
Full-Time (4-5 Day work week)
Part Time (3 days/Weekends)

Visit homes, properties, and businesses, making junk removal extraordinary.
Commitment to the environment: recycle, donate, and divert items to keep them out of landfills.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving: Get trained in-house to safely drive Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks.
Junk Diversion: Identify donatable items, recyclables, and items for diversion to help those in need.
Marketing: Be a brand advocate through Guerilla and Mobile Marketing in our trucks.
Safety: Commit to safe and professional navigation, driving, and efficient loading & unloading.
Sales: Conduct in-depth assessments and clearly communicate service benefits
Key Requirements:
21 years of age (required for insurance purposes).
Valid driver's license & clean driving record for the past 7 years.
Physically capable of lifting and loading 50lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable meeting customers, communicating the value of our services.
Able to drive for over 1 hour at a time, load and unload items with and without dollies.
Positive attitude, professional appearance.
Able to work at least one weekend day
